Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for an IT Security Manager based in SALINE, Michigan. The individual will play a vital role in managing and overseeing our IT Security functions such as Network Infrastructure/Security, Audit, Architecture, Vendor Management-with a focus on Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT Security, oversee IT department, ensuring smooth daily operations.

• Implement and maintain IT systems, including Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies

• Handle database management to ensure data accuracy and security.

• Manage the Active Directory, ensuring its optimal functionality.

• Oversee backup technologies to guarantee data safety and prevent loss.

• Handle computer hardware issues, troubleshooting and resolving them in a timely manner.

• Perform configuration management tasks, ensuring all systems are working as per the organization's needs.

• Manage contracts related to IT services and solutions, ensuring they meet the company's requirements and standards.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, implementing them as needed to improve the IT function.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Network and IT Infrastructure, Security, Audits

• Demonstrated understanding of Cisco Technologies and Cloud Technologies

• Knowledge and experience with Database management

• Expertise in Active Directory

• Experience with Backup Technologies

• Understanding of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Familiarity with Contract negotiations and vendor management

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Proven track record in IT project management.
