Robert Half Sale Coordinator in Salinas, California

Description We are in search of a Sale Coordinator to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Salinas, California. In this role, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, from handling customer inquiries and applications to maintaining precise customer records. The position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and accurate data entry processes

• Oversee and manage customer applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records diligently

• Monitor customer accounts and respond appropriately to any changes

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize data entry skills to maintain and manage customer databases

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the department

• Respond to customer inquiries related to their accounts and applications

• Proactively identify issues within customer accounts and take necessary action to rectify them

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in data entry, including the ability to input and manage data accurately and efficiently

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate sales activities, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with different departments and clients

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales-related tools

• High level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues

• Proactive problem-solving skills to address potential issues in sales coordination

• Ability to adapt to changes in the manufacturing industry and update sales strategies accordingly.
