Courthouse Club Fitness Barista in Salem/Keizer, Oregon
Coffee Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner
Take guest orders & process payment
Ensure guests receive quality products as ordered
Craft personalized coffee drinks
Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
Assisting guests with club access
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Retail Responsibilities:
Selling retail items from coffee bar POS
Knowledge of products sold in the Pro Shop
Alerting the Coffee Bar Director of inventory in need of restocking
Hand out towels to members when needed
Personal Profile:
Confident, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook and a commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual, and eager to accept responsibility
Maintain current certifications and be a lifelong learner
Critically assess own performance
Mature, credible, and comfortable working with upper management in a clear and straightforward manner
Set an example of excellence for staff to follow in conduct, habits, and treatment of others
Personal Skills:
Barista experience preferred.
Able and willing to talk to everyone with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism
