About the Role:
As a CBRE Transaction Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for due diligence management supporting advisors, analysts, and marketing throughout the brokerage process. Time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills are required to succeed in this role. The Transaction Management Coordinator must also possess strong attention to detail, along with robust communication and organization capabilities.
This position is part of the Affordable Housing job family. CBRE Affordable Housing specializes in the valuation and sale of Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties and Section 8 voucher programs.
You’ll Do:
Collaborate with external and internal clients to acquire property information and files (due diligence)
Manage and track due diligence records within Salesforce and Box
Ensure timely handoffs between internal and external stakeholders
Actively follow up with clients to ensure documents are received
Organize and save documentation according to processes
Managing a pipeline for a team or designated group of stakeholders by entering and monitoring data
Make recurrent monthly requests to clients for property financials and rent rolls
Generate status reports and provide visibility by way of reports
Work closely with team members on department initiatives
Manage additional client-service or other related responsibilities as needed
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or Associate’s with up to 2 years of job-related experience
Understanding of Salesforce.com (or other CRM systems)
Previous exposure to various types of real estate and financial documents
Experience working with clients in a fast-paced environment
Communication skills to summarize complex ideas and issues for presentation to a varied audience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset, and strong attention to detail
The ability to execute on multiple assignments and projects simultaneously
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Coordinator position is $55,000 annually or $26.45 per hour and the maximum salary for the Transaction Coordinator position is $72,000 annually or $34.62 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
