Aston Carter Sales Manager in Salem, Oregon

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the useable sales area. Work with customers to find what they need. Utilizing space and prioritizing what sells.

  • Coordinating the movement of useable material from the scrap stream. Sort, organize and put material away.

  • Assist customers in useable sales yard.

  • Create useable sales tickets on computer.

  • Identify useable material in the scrap stream

  • Sort metal by type and size

  • Direct and instruct assistant on what material to keep and how to organize.

Requirements:

  • Must have steel experience and knowledge of different types of metals so you can knowledgeably assist customers.

  • Must have computer skills to write sales ticket into computer system

Pay: 90-100k

Location: Salem, OR
