MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A valid driver\'s license and acceptable driving record are required for this position. AND Three years of work experience planning, organizing, or delivering employee training programs, adult learning programs, youth instructional programs, or group presentations. Experience must demonstrate the application of the principles and practices of learning. OR A bachelor\'s degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, Business or Public Administration, Training and Development, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, or related field. OR An equivalent combination of education and experience. JOB DUTIES As a Residential Workforce Educator, you will: Support the onboarding and annual training for our workforce. Perform training primarily in person at our Central Office location in Salem. The training consists of new employee orientation curriculum, SACU Leadership Curriculum, Collaborative Problem Solving, and recertifications to meet licensing/ODDS/CMS requirements for all employees. Partner with SACU management to assess and identify training needs. Adapt and deliver customized trainings at the residential locations to meet team needs/goals while aligning to agency-wide goals and initiatives.
