Position Details:

• Location: Salem, NH

• Hours: 6 am - 4 pm (Flexible with some fluctuations)

• Duration: Monday to Friday, Full-time

• Pay: $25 - $28 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Our technicians test and prepare machines for delivery to customers, diagnose issues, and repair all aspects of the machine.

• We provide preventive maintenance, annual inspections, and field service at the customer's request.

• Our technicians also assist our customers in person and on the phone when they have questions or need service for their lifts.

• May be asked to travel locally and within our territory (United States & Canada) to perform service in the field.

• Perform “Pre-delivery Inspections” on lifts to inspect and prepare them for customers

• Assist the senior technicians in repair and diagnostics of lifts and other similar equipment

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and sensor issues on aerial lifts and other similar equipment in the shop

• Inspect and prepare lifts before and after they go out on rent

• Write repair reports describing the issue found and steps to resolve

• Safely transport equipment in our shop and at customer sites

• Occasionally perform local pickup or delivery of machines in need of service

• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record required

The essential functions of this role include:
