KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the voice of Partner with Philips stakeholders, act as SME on projects related to the indirect business & service

  • Enable commercial success with strong sales and service delivery performance

  • Support the commercial & marketing teams with the creation and execution of business plan with Partners (Business Marketing Managerとのコラボレーション)

  • Define, implement, and train Partners and/or Market on relevant indirect sales and services Philips processes and tools

  • Monitor and improve process performance with focus on regulatory and end customer satisfaction

  • Participate in the selection, onboarding and evaluation of Sales and Service Partners and create action plan to develop their capabilities

  • グローバルICMとのコミュニケーション、交渉、日本へのグローバルルール落とし込み

  • Channel Partner向けインセンティブプランの立案

Indirect Channel Sales

  • Perform indirect channel sales activities and channel partner development for less critical partners and limited complexity of the processes

  • Developing and managing network of operationally efficient and effectives Channel Partners

  • Builds actively networks with key contacts in- and outside Philips to keep abreast of new developments/insights in the sub-functional domain.

  • Full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.

  • Has a complete knowledge of company products and services.

  • Frequently interacts with customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.

  • Managing small projects for multiple clients within own environment.

  • Proposes and manages multiple projects for clients within own business/sales group.

Dimensions Relating to Problem Solving: Thinking environment & -challenge.

  • Analysis and approach of problems according to known methods.

  • Research and conclusions dedicated to specific questions.

  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and problem-solving techniques.

Dimensions Relating to Accountability: Freedom to Act, Magnitude, Nature of impact

  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

  • Influence on a Business magnitude: € 10- 30 M.

Education & Training

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with> 5 years of related experience

【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間: 原則として12:00-13:00

【休日】毎週土(所定休日)、日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日-1月4日)

【休暇】有給休暇:初年度最大20日間(入社月により変動します)、Care Leave(年間10日間付与)、Sick Leaveほか

【時間外労働】あり 

【給与】規定による

【賞与】インセンティブ
