Job Description:

eeking an experienced Clinical Dietitian to join our team as an independent contractor. This remote role requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per month and involves conducting nutrition assessments of referred members through phone consultations. Responsibilities include providing diet recommendations, scheduling follow-ups, maintaining records in our ERP system, and collaborating with the care center and other departments to ensure member needs are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform medical nutrition therapy, including nutrition assessments, diet modification, nutrition education, and interventions.
- Maintain records and submit invoices for work completed.
- Adhere to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Clinical Nutrition Policies and Procedures Manual.
- Manage scheduling applications for member appointments.
- Participate in team meetings to address Nutrition Care and Education Program needs. Submit records of completed members for end-of-month reporting.
- Send educational materials to members.
- Comply with regulatory standards, including HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights policies.
- Collaborate with Culinary, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure diet recommendations tailored to GA Foods' segments.
- Participate in member satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs.
- Develop and revise member-specific nutrition care plans.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in nutrition and incorporate them into practice.
