POSITION: Customer Insights Data Manager

DEPARTMENT: Digital Marketing

REPORTS TO: AVP, D igital Analytics

LOCATION: St. Petersburg , Florida ( SalonCentric National Operating Center)

SUMMARY:

SalonCentric is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Insights manager with expertise in developing and informing digital marketing strategies through Power BI report building and data modeling. As part of our team, you will be responsible for identifying business trends, collaborate across the digital and business units, and work within digital marketing to transfor m complex data sets into actionable insights using Power BI and conducting ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions . T his position plays a critical role in the company's digital marketing activations and analysis, which support digital strategy development, omni channel efforts, overall and campaign effectiveness and optimization which have direct impact on short- and long-term sales and return on investments.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inform strategic , customer led digital guidance by leveraging managed insights platforms

  • Help manage CRM activation plan through d esign , develop ment and influence of Power BI reports and dashboards .

  • Collaborate with in digital marketing team , and with business stakeholders to understand customer insight needs , gaps and translate them into actionable short term and long term roadmap .

  • Optimize digital planning outputs by p erform data analysis, data cleansing, and data modeling using SQL to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

  • Influence progress ion of marketing plans through evolving data models and queries for performance and efficiency.

  • Provide ad-hoc customer insights for business development .

  • Develop and maintain documentation for customer marketing insights data process , models, and reports.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in insights strategy and development, data visualization and reporting.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on customer insights strategy development through Power BI usage and best practices.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Performance , Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Experience and ability in developing and informing strategies with multiple stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

  • Strong SQL or Python skills with the ability to write complex queries and perform data manipulation.

  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with Databricks for big data processing and analytics
