Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description

The CNC Machinist produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Candidates will be working on both CNC Mill and CNC Lathe; 3, 4, 5, and 9 axis machines. Job duties include:

• Working on both Mill and Lathe CNC Machines including:
• Mazak
• Mazak Integrex
• OKK
• Haas
• Okuma Lathe (1 and 3 spindle)
• Mori Seiki
• Perform CNC Machine set-ups and operate and run equipment in support of parts requirements; Mazatrol, G and M Code
• Handle all tooling changeovers and adjustments, measure to close and exact tolerances, operate and ensure productivity of CNC Machines
• Make quality measurements, check dimensions, analyze data, and make appropriate adjustments to meet part specifications

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Saint Peters, Missouri.

Work Environment

Climate Controlled Machine Shop which includes: - 19 CNC Machining Centers - 6 CNC Turning Centers including Mazak Integrex - Omax Waterjet - 3, 4, 5, and 9 axis capabilities - In-house EDM hole popping

Shifts: - Monday-Thursday: 6am-4pm (1st) - Monday-Thursday: 3:30pm-2am (2nd) - Weekend Shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (1st and 2nd)
