Job Description

One of Insight Global's largest Chemical cleaning manufactures is seeking to hire a Sr. Scrum Master to provide oversight of one of their digital products. This person will be entering a current product initiative that has fallen behind schedule. This person will need to help right the product journey and set new scrum ceremonies, new processes, all the while providing reporting and updates to sr. leadership. This person must come from a background as a scrum master overseeing large multi-million dollar initiatives. This person must be an excellent communicator, have great creative problem solving skills, and be local to Minneapolis Minnesota.

Skills and Requirements

• Sr. Experience as a Scrum Master

• Experience and oversight of multi-million dollar digital initiatives

• Experience with ADO

• Experience leading technical development teams - Bachelor's degree null
