Volt SPC Supply Chain Analyst in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Volt is immediately hiring a Remote - Supply Chain Analyst fora well-known industry leader. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. This is a first shift, Remote, full-time contingent opportunity. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will:

  • Deliver improved service and inventory performance.
  • Analyze material flow parameters such as safety stock, order quantity, lot size, make cycle frequency, and replenishment intervals.
  • Utilize Supply Chain tools and processes.
  • Utilize both SAP and Legacy planning tools across the entire value stream supporting SIBG subcontractors.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve service, inventory turns, and non-working inventory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations Management, and/or Business Administration
  • Minimum three (3) combined years of experience in MRP, material planning and scheduling, inventory control and/or supply chain management.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience leading and/or participating on cross functional teams.
  • APICS certification or willingness to pursue.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt project experience and/or certification.
  • Experience with SAP a plus.
  • Experience in Lean Scheduling or Lean Manufacturing.
  • Advanced Microsoft Access and Excel skills.

Estimated Duration up to 24 months.
