Job Summary Beacon Hill's client based in Saint Paul, MN is looking for a Regional Outreach Manager who will work closely with the VP of Business Development to lead, implement, and oversee outreach strategies for a designated region. This role involves managing and mentoring a team of Professional Relations Specialists to ensure effective representation and outreach for multiple health programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, team development, and performance monitoring to achieve regional outreach goals. This role is high in travel expectations and allows for a work-from-home format. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with each Professional Relations Specialist to create and execute territory-specific outreach strategies aligned with the overarching goals set by leadership. Continuously evaluate and adjust plans based on outcomes. Objective Setting: Define outreach objectives and referral targets for each territory in partnership with the VP of Business Development, ensuring alignment with the overall outreach strategy. Team Management: Oversee daily operations, including planning, organizing, and supervising the sales team to achieve established objectives. Provide coaching and support to enhance team performance. Data Utilization: Analyze referral patterns using Salesforce data and reports to prioritize and implement effective outreach tactics. Team Development: Foster growth and retention of the referral base by leading, motivating, and developing the outreach team through ongoing training and skill enhancement. Training and Onboarding: Manage hiring, onboarding, and training processes to ensure team members are well-versed in the company's programs and can present information accurately. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the regional Business Development team through Salesforce reports, marketing data, direct observation, and other metrics. Regularly report performance data to leadership. Budget Management: Collaborate with the VP of Business Development to develop and manage the regional outreach budget. Process Improvement: Continuously improve outreach processes, activities, campaigns, and strategies. Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing staff on collateral development, messaging, events, and other related projects. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Participate in internal working groups to represent the outreach team and advocate for consumer needs. Mission Alignment: Uphold the company's mission, vision, values, and culture, ensuring high employee engagement. Direct Outreach: Maintain responsibility for assigned territory and conduct outreach directly or as a backup for team members when needed. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in outreach or business development, preferably within the health sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
