Recovery Specialist/TMA
$1,000 signing bonus!
Site: Latitudes Minnesota, LGBTQ Residential Facility in St. Paul, MN
Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:30 am, able to be flexible.
Pay: $17 - $19/hr with shift differential for evenings and weekends
Meridian Behavioral Health LLC is a leader in behavioral health care and addiction recovery services. This an entry level position whose most significant requirements being that you have compassion for our patients. We find this position is extremely rewarding and a good stepping stone for a career in mental health and/or addiction recovery.
How Our Staff Describes the Job:
"Assist patient in daily activities, be a listening ear, and support to patients when needed outside of group times, do routine safety checks on patients. Provide structure and adhere to procedures of facilities when management is not present."
"We wear many hats! We ensure patients stay focused and stay on task within their very structured environment. We also will be an ear for them when they feel they need to talk and we share our experience, strength, and hope with them when it is appropriate."
The Only Requirements Are:
That you have a valid driver’s license.
You must be at least 21 years old.
