Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Project Manager. This role involves leading a key initiative, understanding technical aspects of new systems, and coordinating with various stakeholders. This position will also require you to address legal and compliance matters, manage projects, and facilitate stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate the current video systems and find opportunities for integration.

• Work hand in hand with emergency communication centers to ensure smooth integration and response.

• Address data privacy and permissions concerns in coordination with legal counsel.

• Develop and enforce comprehensive data privacy and security protocols.

• Lead the creation and management of detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Regularly track project progress and identify potential risks.

• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, including city officials, department heads, and community members.

• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Parks and Recreation, Library, and Real-Time Information Center.

• Conduct meetings and workshops to gather input and address concerns.

• Apply lessons learned from existing pilot programs to inform the overall initiative.

• Identify opportunities to integrate video systems with other city initiatives.

Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is crucial for the role.

• Must possess an in-depth understanding of Cloud Technologies.

• Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is required.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is expected.

• Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodology is essential.

• Knowledge of budget processes is necessary to manage project finances.
