Job Summary: As a Project Manager within LSS Caregiver and Companion Services, your primary responsibilities will revolve around data entry, management and analysis, volunteer training management, and overseeing various activities related to research studies with external partners. This multifaceted role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently. The Project Manager must be able to work collaboratively with staff across the state to ensure that CRM data is entered completely and accurately, to support them in providing training to their volunteers, and to ensure that all project-related activities are complete. The Project Manager shall manage relationships with statewide staff and volunteers, ensure that CRM data is entered accurately and completely, manage data collection processes, data sharing practices both internally and with external partners and stakeholders, and identify trends in the data to inform optimal service provision. This position is unique in the range of responsibilities and the depth of knowledge necessary for an NIH funded research grant with the UMN School of Public Health and LSS Caregiver & Companion Services statewide. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, social services, data management) preferred. Previous experience in data entry, analysis, and research coordination is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM or other relevant software tools. Ability to work well with diverse individuals, families, groups, and organizations and demonstrate compassion, patience, flexibility, and respect for others. Provide regular in-home/telephonic visits to members and provide transportation in the community as needed. Organizational skills, problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and background checks are required.
