Position Title: Project Manager Position Number: 369145 Location: Saint Paul, MN 55117 Position Type: Long Term Contract Required Skill Set: Change Management, Project Management, Reporting Optional Skill Set: SAP Position Description: **Only U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. can be considered as W2 candidates.** Job Title: Project Manager I Requirement Number: 14136 Start date: 07/12/2021 Duration or End date: 12 Months Location: Saint Paul, MN 55117 Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm CST Job Description: Manages/directs the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on any or several non-IT business applications and disciplines. Manage/direct all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle. Collaborate/work with project sponsors, business units and users to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/monitor project staff, and assure project success. Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines. Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion. Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users. 1-6 years experience Skills Needed: Author and maintain project plans/reports - Facilitate cross functional meetings and design reviews - Ability to operate in highly matrixed organization - Clearly communicate requirements/deadlines and hold resources accountable - Manufacturing or supply chain experience (Engineering, Operations, Demand Planning, Production planning for example) - Change management experience - SAP experience nice to have - Understanding of lifecycle management - Experience with inventory management and reporting - Experience managing regulatory submissions and approvals This person will be focused more on the implementation side than the submission side of our MDR projects.
