Seeking Production Workers in St. Paul/Rosemount Area

$23-25/HR with a Pay Raise to $29/hr When Hired On

Job Description

• The person in this position will work as a Production Worker. This job includes rebuilding valves for tanks that will eventually be filled with chlorine.

• Picture the valves that are on a propane tank, which are very similar to the valves that will be rebuilt. Once rebuilt, the worker will operate a piece of equipment that presses and pressurizes the valve onto the top of the tank.

• Once a pallet of tanks is complete, they will move them to staging or shipping areas using a forklift. Eventually, the worker will learn how to fill the tanks with chlorine, but this usually occurs after they are hired on.

• Additionally, the role involves cleaning, prepping, and removing old labels from the tanks. Most of this role involves general labor-related work with some use of a sit-down forklift to move products and load/unload trucks.

Work Environment

• It is a dirty environment, but clean for the work that they do. There is a lot of opportunity for growth. Protective wear, face shields, glasses, and full rubber suits will be provided if handling chemicals.

• This is a chemical environment, and it typically smells of ammonia or chlorine. Core hours are M-F 7am-3:30pm with overtime available

Hours & Pay:

Monday-Friday

• 7am-3:30pm

• Can have overtime depending on business needs

• $23-25/hr while on contract

• $29-31/hr when hired on direct
