Responsibilities

  • Assists on multiple transactions to develop pre-sale documents, bond sale documents, including the development of an official statement, and post-sale documents.
  • Performs advanced administrative duties including word processing functions, edit, proof, data entry, maintain & update files.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and maintain calendars. Schedule and prepare conference rooms.
  • Schedule training events and coordinate events on online platforms.
  • Assist with development of procedures to assist with regulatory compliance and gather documentation for compliance files.
  • Assistance with the development and maintenance of SharePoint sites and SmartSheets
  • Assistance, as needed, with client billing
  • Assist with and maintain bond sale database
  • Serve as a technical resource for the team with bond sale questions
  • General administrative tasks that may arise.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years administrative support experience
