Aerotek Medical Assembler in SAINT PAUL, Minnesota

HIRING FOR MEDICAL ASSEMBLERS IN THE SAINT PAUL/LITTLE CANADA AREA! LOOKING FOR ONLY 6MONTHS TO 1 YEAR OF PRIOR EXPERIENCE!

Job Description

This position is responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell. Working under close supervision, the assembler will perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies. The individual will fill out all travelers and document work as advised, clearly communicate ideas, problems, and solutions to all levels of manufacturing management in both written and oral form. They will read, comprehend, and follow written procedures as well as understand and follow verbal instructions.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.

  • Understand and follow verbal instructions.

  • Manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Consistent work history.

  • 6-12 months of medical assembly experience preferred.

  • Ability to use standard hand tools used in the assembly of electronic devices and accessories.

Work Environment

Medical Device Company, clean environment but operations are done outside of a clean room. Working hours are 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75
