Beacon Hill is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Operations Representative to join their client's financial firm downtown St. Paul, MN. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the management and processing of financial applications, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of all duties. Training Schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote Post Training Schedule: 1 day onsite, 4 days remote Hours: 8am-4:45pm, Mon-Thur (with a 45 minute unpaid lunch) Salary: $20 - $22.50 per hour Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to verify the status of pending funds from other financial institutions.
• Review applications, perform basic data entry, conduct licensing checks, set up initial contracts, and contact financial advisors regarding missing or unclear information on annuity applications.
• Answer inbound phone calls related to basic status inquiries from financial advisors and our internal sales team via our agent support line.
• Maintain and manage all pending/follow-up cases on incoming business and communicate status updates to financial advisors.
• Work independently to effectively prioritize work items to meet service standards and client needs.
• Identify, recommend, and implement changes to procedures and checklists to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.

• Ability to learn all plan and contract details and provide exceptional service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
