ManpowerGroup Commercial HVAC Technician in Saint Paul, Minnesota
Our client is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical equipment and systems in assigned facilities. The ideal candidate will have teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Commercial HVAC Technician
Location: St. Paul, MN
Pay Rate: $32-36/hr. (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
Operates, inspects, and maintains all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain the most efficient operating results and life expectancy.
Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.
Requirements
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in the technical aspects of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance.
EPA Universal Certification
Valid Driver's License..
