About this role: CyberArk is looking for a Cloud Solution Strategy Architect that will combine technical knowledge with sales skills responsible for deployment and enabling cloud solutions for CyberArk's customers. The Solution Architect will be a part of the Global Solution Strategy team - they will be a key technical resource for the CyberArk's Cloud Identity Sales Overlays and will be involved in the enablement and training of CyberArk's Solutions Engineers. Additionally, the SA will work in conjunction with the sales team and Product Management as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our cloud solutions. Therefore, this person must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. The SA must be able to identify all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Above all, we are looking for someone who can communicate the CyberArk value and be able to design an optimal solution for complex customer infrastructure and identity environments on a global scale. What you will do:

  • Develop deep technical knowledge of CyberArk cloud and associated product suites
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert for CyberArk's cloud solution offerings
  • Enable customers, SE, AE, and partner community with cloud solutions knowledge
  • Conduct demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) with CyberArk's customers and partners
  • Work with CyberArk's Partners on implementing cloud related projects for customers

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years as Cloud Solution Engineer / Architect with pre-sales experience in with one or more cloud service provider: AWS, Azure and GCP
  • Cloud Solutions Architect certifications and security specialist certifications preferred
  • Experience in Identity and Access Management products & other cloud security solutions
  • Experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and operations a plus
  • Subject Matter Expert understanding of security concepts and the development of security roles within organizations that meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements
  • Prior experience with workforce applications, security management, systems management, identity management, and/or policy management solutions preferred especially in the IAM space.
  • Strong presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross organizationally toward solutions; excellent leadership and consensus building skills
  • Strong Business acumen- be able to grow and build an opportunity alongside the sales team as well as manage technical aspects of an opportunity where a channel has not been able to support
  • Scripting and Infrastructure as a code (Terraform, Cloud Formation etc.) knowledge
  • Experience with LDAP Directories, and LDAP Authentication methods preferred
  • Enterprise application authentication experience a plus (ie, .NET, ava, CLI)

The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $185,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee's performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
