Aerotek Cleanroom Technician in Saint Paul, Minnesota

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate (Cleanroom Hand Packager)

Job Description: We are hiring Manufacturing Associates for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) at our West St. Paul, MN facility. You will work in a cleanroom cGMP environment, hand-packaging pharmaceutical products for shipment. Responsibilities include upstream and downstream manufacturing tasks, following written procedures, Batch Records, and GMP processes, and handling controlled substances and potent compounds.

Shift Schedules:

· 1st Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday)

· 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm (Monday-Friday)

· 3rd Shift: 10:00pm-6:30am (Monday-Friday)

Compensation:

  • $17.00-$19.00 per hour (based on experience, paid weekly)

  • 2nd Shift Differential: +$1.60 per hour

  • 3rd Shift Differential: +$3.20 per hour

Responsibilities:

· Perform upstream and downstream manufacturing of Oral Thin Film (OTF) and Transdermal Patch products.

· Execute tasks per written procedures, Batch Records, and GMP processes.

· Handle controlled substances and potent compounds.

· Follow SOPs, GMPs, and Safety/Housekeeping guidelines.

· Document activities in Batch Records, Logbooks, and other records.

Skills & Qualifications:

· 1-2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

· Basic math skills.

· Proficient in English (verbal and written).

· Understanding of cGMPs and GDPs.

· Standing for extended periods.

· Lifting up to 25 lbs.

· Wearing PPE (e.g., dust mask, PAPR) daily.

Job Type & Location:

· Contract to Hire position based in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.20/hr.
