Actalent Construction Quality Control Manager in Saint Marys, Georgia

Job Title: Construction Quality Control ManagerJob Description

The Construction Quality Control Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program. This role ensures that the quality control performance aligns with contract requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate project-specific quality control programs.

  • Implement quality control measures according to contract requirements.

  • Execute inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards.

  • Maintain documentation of quality control activities.

  • Collaborate with project teams to address quality issues.

Essential Skills

  • Five or more years of combined experience in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer.

  • Two years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.

  • Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate.

  • Proficiency in software such as Procore, Autodesk Build, and RMS/QCS.

  • Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Specialty inspection training and licenses/certifications.

  • LEED AP, AP+ or Green Associate (GA) Certificate.

  • RMS/QCS training preferred (training available).

Work Environment

This position is based on project sites. The candidate will work in a dynamic environment, requiring adherence to safety standards and protocols. Training for specific certifications can be provided if necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
