Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Technology Business Service Consultant in St Louis Park, MN.

Job Role and Responsibility:

Perform detailed data analysis to support root cause trending of validation failures and develop strategies to prevent; implement technical initiatives for complex projects impacting multiple

lines of business; review evidence supplied supporting PDILL Compliance and render decisions on pass/fail for compliance; perform supervisory reviews of teams validated results and determine if team is effective in following process/procedures; report results to supervisor; lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products & services for medium to large business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services; review customer information with the technology team; implement technical initiatives for complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise; lead initiatives for complex projects and work with the technology team to assess customer information and recommend best solutions to the customer; conduct research or testing of achieving market environment for innovative business products and services, regulatory or compliance issues and implications of new implementations; collaborate and consult with the technology team to resolve issues and provide customers with best possible solutions; and provide guidance on leveraging new technology. Telecommuting is permitted up to 5 days biweekly. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications :

This position requires a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation experience.

Specific skills required:

2 years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience;

2 years of data analysis experience;

2 years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel+;

2 years of experience compiling and preparing executive summaries, presentations for management and senior leaders;

2 years of experience working with information security data protection controls and deployments in a production environment;

2 years of experience working with information security controls and deployments in a production environment;

1 year of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts; and Experience with Performance Testing
