Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Work Experience Coordinator in the Real Estate & Property industry located in St Louis Earnings Tx, Missouri, United States. In this role, you'll be a key player in office management, handling a range of responsibilities from processing customer inquiries to maintaining an organized workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact, welcoming visitors, and issuing passes

• Handle telephone calls with attention to detail and assist in preparing presentations

• Arrange and confirm a variety of activities upon request, including recreational, dining, and business activities

• Manage work orders for janitorial or maintenance tasks

• Oversee workplace services such as mail handling, supply management, and onboarding processes

• Respond to inquiries or complaints with attention to detail

• Organize and oversee on-site events

• Adhere to security and emergency protocols

• Liaise with vendors as required

• Facilitate clear and detailed communication within the team

• Follow specific instructions and solve straightforward issues. Requirements • Minimum of one year experience in a similar role or relevant field

• Proficiency in performing receptionist duties

• Experience as a part-time receptionist is desirable

• Familiarity with clerical duties and provision of clerical support

• Ability to handle answering inbound calls efficiently

• Experience with answering multi-line phone systems

• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities

• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and colleagues

• Possession of basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Basic math skills for handling financial or numerical tasks

• Knowledge of basic office equipment operation and maintenance
