Edward Jones' Integration Management Office (IMO) is responsible for working with corporate development, business, and functional leaders to steward the assessment and integration of our joint venture and or acquisition work post- an initial due diligence phase. As the IMO leader you will "quarterback" integration efforts across the firm to ensure joint venture or acquisition integration is efficient, effective and meets our firm's objectives by driving, and orchestrating the integration vision, strategy, and guiding principles with firm leadership and impacted functions.

What You'll Do:

You will be responsible for:

  • Clarifying integration scope, outcomes and setting guidelines for acquisitions or joint venture efforts which support our firm's strategic objectives

  • Creating clarity and direction for varied teams by defining the process and timeline, facilitating cross-team communication for efficient and effective execution of objectives

  • Provide tools and information to leadership to manage integration and enable timely decision making

  • Leading, through influence, the integration efforts needed by multiple functions in partnership with the business group responsible for the acquisition or joint venture.

  • Ensuring there is an effective approach to manage integration project plan, risks, and continuously improving the integration process

  • Navigate ambiguity and lead others to find solutions; may involve initiating or completing work that other functions will then take forward.

  • Orchestrating change management with and through others and ensure alignment with stakeholders

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $136571

Hiring Maximum: $232541

Skills/Requirements

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field is required

  • Advanced degree is preferred

  • Minimum 6 years, 10+ years is preferred, with a preference for management consulting in business transformation, strategy and/or change management work

  • Demonstrable influencing, problem-solving and analytical skills are required

  • Strong integration, cross firm planning and coordination with and through others.

  • Comfort with ambiguity, must be comfortable influencing senior leaders and others to complete work aligned with the integration plan and intention vs. singular function's intention.

  • Results oriented and effective completing what needs to be done (vs. "it's not my job orientation).

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to provide concise, relevant commentary, and explain complex concepts directly to key stakeholders including senior leadership of the firm.

  • Experience leading high-impact, complex initiatives, delivering value with and through others, etc. is required.

*Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
