Adecco US, Inc. Purchasing Specialist in Saint Louis, Missouri

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Purchasing Specialist to join our client’s team in Saint Louis, MO. This role offers competitive compensation ( $ 44.12 ) over a 12-month contract period.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am- 5pm

Primary Responsibilities:

· Manage collection of forecasted/capital contract strategies with a 0+3-year outlook.

· Create and update Purchase Orders in SAP.

· Coordinate supplier requests for changes to terms and conditions to drive to a fully executed agreement.

· Review scheduled drawing deliverables and confirm on time delivery.

· Ensure purchase order milestones are complete to validate invoice payments.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing (buyer role) in construction or equipment purchasing required

· SAP purchasing and DocuSign experience strongly desired (SAP PO Creation).

· Required proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.

· Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Pay Details: $44.12 per hour
