Job Description

Insight Global is looking to add a Program Manager to our client's team in the St. Louis, MO area. This individual will be leading a high-profile cyber security track of work to mature our client's Pharmacy Security. This individual will be responsible for managing program oversight for key application and security implementations and driving the rollout of network segmentation in close partnership with infrastructure network engineering and technology partners. This person will be responsible for maintaining detailed project schedules, status reports, and project financials along with facilitating recurring status meetings with executive leadership and hosting weekly program leadership meetings with owners of other tracks of work. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of waterfall and agile project management methodologies and tools. Additional responsibilities include defining and maintaining program objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and ensuring alignment with contractual commitments. This individual will communicate program progress, risks, and issues to executive leadership and stakeholders, providing on-time updates and status reports.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of IT Program Management experience

Experience presenting to and working closely with executive leadership

Experience utilizing tools such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Background in creating and managing large budgets

Experiencing being the sole lead of a major program Experience overseeing IT security projects

Network technology and ICS/OT experience

Bachelors Degree education or higher null
