Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Delivery Manager/Program Manager for a remote role, with the requirement to be located near St. Louis, MO, Morris Plains, NJ, or Bloomington, MN for potential on-site engagements. The role is within a large healthcare provider, focusing on a fintech application's rebates program, which is expected to launch in early winter and is currently 60% complete. This critical multi-year initiative involves significant financial investment and engagement with c-suite executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for disseminating information to VPs through weekly briefings and must possess exceptional communication skills across written, verbal, and interpersonal domains. Key responsibilities include creating visuals in Jira, addressing SOX audit-related risks, maintaining the project roadmap and phase gates, providing proactive executive updates, and overseeing the program's scope and timeline.

Skills and Requirements

6+ yrs as a Program Manager

Experience managing multi-million, multi-year programs

Fintech industry experience

Attention to detail and an ability to craft communication for Sr. leaders within Business and Technology

Jira for creating dashboards and extracts Experience working in Agile environments is highly desirable

Previous experience working for Express Scripts/Cigna is highly desirable null
