On-Premise Category Manager

Job Description

Assume a leadership role in understanding, developing, and implementing key customer initiatives within the beer segment. You will be responsible for managing an existing account and performing sales/data analysis to analyze trends to advance market objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the Category Strategy and successfully implement it at key accounts, in addition to developing Thought Leadership to expand influence across key company initiatives.

  • Analyze internal and syndicated sales data to measure performance against goals, identify opportunities/threats, and provide insight into root causes of identified issues.

  • Act as the primary analytical support contact for this Key Account.

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis upon request.

  • Educate team members on how to interpret data within reports and arrive quickly at key takeaways and action items.

  • Review data from multiple sources, perform sales analysis, and present findings to the key client—telling a story through the data.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Saint Louis, Missouri and some days remote.

Work Environment

If the employee works in STL. Hybrid schedule: 3-4 days in office, 1-2 days from home each week. This is a team of 3 supporting On-Premise accounts.
