Adecco US, Inc. Loan Administration Specialist in Saint Louis, Missouri

Adecco is seeking an experienced Loan Administration Specialist to join our client’s team in St. Louis, MO. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely booking of commercial and consumer loans onto the bank's system of record, as well as perfecting bank collateral.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in consumer and/or commercial loan documentation

  • Strong understanding of loan structuring

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Detail-oriented and able to work well under time constraints

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work in a team environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of GWIM Credit Policy and Procedure

  • Experience with GFS, LoanIQ, EDR, Tradeline, and QAPR databases

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book commercial and consumer loans onto the bank's system of record

  • Perfect bank collateral and maintain control of collateral files

  • Assure initial lien perfection and monitor exception tracking

  • Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of the booking and collateral process

  • Independently research loans and discuss with line partners

  • Interface with vendors, legal counsel, and line partners

  • Assist in team meetings, training, and quality review

Pay Details: $30.23 per hour
