Roseann Mabry at Robert Half is partnering with a growing University to fill an Admission's Coordinator on a full time direct hire basis. The Admission's Coordinator will be making outbound calls to various students interested in attending the college. You will be building relationships with the future students, answering questions, documenting information into the database, and sending out materials to the prospects. These are degreed students looking to advance their careers in their field of study to the next level. The Admission's Coordinator will be the face of the University and have an opportunity to advance in the department in one to 2 years if meeting KPI's. Responsibilities:

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective students

• Making outbound calls to interested students and handling inbound inquiries

• Providing detailed information about our courses and programs to prospects

• Documenting all interactions and communications in the CRM Management System

• Sending out necessary materials to prospects

• Conducting virtual meetings using platforms such as Zoom and GoToMeeting

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining documentation

• Managing and updating customer experience data

• Assisting in outbound marketing activities

• Using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

Requirements • A minimum of two years of experience as an Admissions Representative or in a similar role

• Proficiency in using CRM and Management Systems

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• A strong understanding of compliance in the education sector

• Experience in counselling prospective students or clients

• Ability to create and maintain accurate documentation

• Experience in managing funds and financial transactions

• Excellent customer communication skills for both inbound and outbound calls

• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience

• Experience in outbound marketing to attract potential students

• Proficient in using Zoom, GoToMeeting, and other platforms for virtual meetings and networking

• Ability to conduct both inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Familiarity with virtual networking strategies and techniques.
