Verdant by Copeland is currently looking for a part time Office Assistant for our facility in Ville St. Laurent!

Work Schedule: Working 2-3 days a week (you choose your days!) from 8:30am to 4:30pm, with possibility of extra working days.

Your Tasks:

• Documents scanning & uploading into server

• Keeping shipping data on server (typing required)

• Creating receiving data in ERP System (typing required)

• Creating shipping labels and communicate with international customs brokers or shipping companies.

• Provide support to production team, as required

Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience + a minimum of 1 years of prior work experience in any industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office - experience with ERP systems is an asset.

• A phenomenal "can do" attitude and ability to own tasks proactively.

• Written and spoken English required- this team supports U.S. customers.

• Bilingualism (FR/EN) is a definite asset.

• Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.
