Clarios, LLC COS Envelope Stacker Operator in Saint Joseph, Missouri
**Primary Duties:Operates envelope stacking machine, automatically assembling elements.
Responsibilities:
Moves skids of positive and negative plates from staging to the envelope stacker Returns unused plates to storage Loads positive and negative plates to the walking beam of magazine hopper Loads envelope (separator) rolls on machine Observes operation of machine Clears place and separator jams Makes adjust ment to machine for proper operation Makes changeovers on machine to produce all sizes of elements, with all plate types and separator Cleans area around machine Keeps record and count of scrap Perform quality checks as outlined Enter work orders in Maximo MES entry data for down time 5S BAE's
Additional duties:
As the output of this machine is controlled by subsequent burning equipment cycles, additional work can be performed byt the operator up to the cycle time Lubricates machine and makes minor repairs Assist in training new operators Will perform other duties as directed by supervisor
