Responsible for Daily Food and Beverage operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer and enforce inventory controls 6. Maintain daily and weekly revenue reports 7. Weekly purchasing of all liquor, beer, wine and beverage supplies 8. Maintain proper sanitation and Health Department standards 9. Maintain proper maintenance schedule for all beverage department equipment and supplies 10. Any reasonable request by your immediate Manager 11. Ensure proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standard are followed and maintained 12. Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazard, debris and litter 13. Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner 14.
