Xerox is currently seeking Client Managers to support the US market out of our Saint John, New Brunswick office.

Position Overview:

The Xerox Digital Sales (XDS) Client Manager will provide account management, client relationship management, sales expertise, and sales support for Commercial Named Accounts. The XDS Client Manager will be expected to work in partnership with the field sales teams to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy and direction for the account(s). The XDS Client Manager will market, close and support sales cycles for all solutions, hardware, and services where appropriate. This will involve initiating and maintaining telephone sales-oriented activities with both new and existing clients. This position will focus on both short-term sales activity within an account, as well as developing and implementing a longer-term strategy to ensure Xerox will retain the account and continue to provide customer value and obtain future business.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving sales/consulting excellence, proven effective collaboration across stakeholders, leveraging sales aptitude with assertiveness, persistence, and keen listening skills.

  • A post-secondary degree or equivalent experience is preferred, reflecting your commitment to continuous learning.

  • Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office, CRM proficiency and data analysis.

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction.

  • Possess personal drive, internal motivation, and a relentless pursuit of high achievement in every endeavor.

  • Ability to approach challenges with maturity, self-confidence, and resilience under pressure, with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong customer service skills, emphasizing your ability to build and exceed client relationships.

  • Experience exceeding targets and metrics & navigating and closing deals with enterprise-level acumen.

  • Showcase great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues.

  • Client-Centric Focus: Immerse yourself in the client and account team, passionately pursuing a deep understanding of client requirements and operations, ensuring our solutions align perfectly with their needs. Exceed Xerox Customer Satisfaction goals by swiftly addressing and harmonizing client issues with the right internal resources.
