About the role

TWE seeks a Shipping and Receiving Associate. The Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for providing support to wine supply, inventory and retail in hospitalities areas at the Winery as well as carrying out instructions and duties required for shipping and receiving of wine, merchandise and supplies for the hospitality site.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage wine inventory and updating library inventory counts daily

  • Receive wine and order supplies into the winery site inventory

  • Facilitates shipments to customers

  • Verifies incoming wine shipments

  • Executes the transfer of wine between the retail operations sites

  • Maintains and stocks retail floor and storage room in an efficient and orderly manner

  • Operate cash registers and handle cash accurately

  • Assist customers by bringing wine and merchandise to their vehicles

  • Forklift Operation (Training and Certification will be provided)

About You

  • You have strong computer skills.

  • You have the ability to work in multiple platforms such as Ship Compliant and Fed-Ex shipping programs or similar programs.

  • You are Proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook.

  • You have strong customer service skills.

  • You have organizational skills and can prioritize and multitask.

  • You can work extended hours as required including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • You can lift 50lbs.

  • You must be 21 years or older.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $21 to $26 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Rutherford, CA area. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
