Our client, in Saint Francis, WI is seeking a hardworking, motivated individual to join their team. As a HVAC Technician. This is a temp-to-hire position within 90 days.

Job Title: HVAC Technician

Location: St. Francis, WI

Pay Range: $25 an hour or based on skills and experience.

Shift: 1st (7:00am - 3:00pm)

What’s the Job?

  • Perform preventive maintenance on all HVAC equipment (of refrigeration units, isolated heating and ventilating units, including boilers, gas, and electrically operated air conditioning equipment) across 7 facilities, this includes roof top units.

  • Perform troubleshooting and conduct repairs on all HVAC equipment as needed.

  • Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls, including (but not limited to) thermostats, automatic switches, fan controls, log switches, damper motors, louvers, relays, filters, etc.

  • Maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required.

  • Advise Maintenance Department as to required parts and material inventory to support HVAC equipment.

What’s Needed?

  • 1 -3-year experience with commercial HVAC equipment up to 20 ton.

  • Standard practices of the HVAC and refrigeration trade and theory of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

  • Knowledge of the materials, methods, tools (manual and electric) and equipment applicable to the HVAC and refrigeration trade.

  • EPA Certified.

  • Ability to operate Windows office environment and maintenance basic records/logs.
