About Us

We are looking for a Northern Sales Manager for our Partenair entity located in St-Cyr-l'Ecole.

Job Summary

Identify and create new opportunities for sales development.

Draw up offers for incoming requests and sales opportunities, in compliance with the Group's pricing and margin rules.

Lead, support technically and commercially the different sales networks on the territory (internal / external).

Ensure proper follow-up of business from order to installation.

Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and clarify where necessary.

Act as a channel of communication between the customer and the various internal departments.

Communicate proactively internally on current business and opportunities.

Draw up quotations in response to requests for quotations and opportunities created.

Carry out customer installation check-ups to promote energy-saving solutions from our product range.

Support and train the network of sales representatives/distributors to ensure nationwide coverage.

Participate in IDM (Impact Daily Management) and draw up field reports.

Plan prospecting operations via the various research channels (CRM / Marketing).

Qualify the information contained in the CRM.

Maintain an active competitive and technological watch on target markets.

Represent the voice of the customer internally to ensure continuous improvement of product ranges.

Basic Qualifications

Bac +2 with technical knowledge or professional experience in the field.

Minimum 3 years' experience in the sector

Technical knowledge in mechanics / fluid mechanics

Definition of a sales plan

Office tools

Sales techniques

Leadership

Operational management

Convincing and persuading

English (average)

Dutch appreciated
