Job Title: CNC Mill Operator

Job Description

Candidates will be setting up and operating a Haas Mill machine. The majority of machines are going to be 3 OR 4 axis machines. Once trained, machinists will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, grabbing materials for selected jobs, setting up the machine, and completing the part.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Haas Mill machines (3 or 4 axis)

• Read and interpret blueprints accurately

• Select and prepare materials for assigned jobs

• Set up machines and ensure parts are completed to specifications

Essential Skills

• Experience with CNC milling

• Proficiency in CNC mill operating

• Ability to operate CNC machines

• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints

• Experience in setting up machines

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with 3 or 4 axis machines

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

Work Monday to Friday from 6:00am - 2:30pm or 7:00am - 3:30pm in a very clean and climate-controlled environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Croix Falls, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00
