Previous experience working with youth, whether through babysitting, coaching, or mentoring, is beneficial. GOOD TO KNOW: Our children, otherwise known as our members, range in age of PreK-12th grade. The age range you work with will depend on which of our 17 locations you are working at. Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota has Club sites that spread across Waite Park, St. Cloud, St. Joseph, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Clearview, and Little Falls. Chances are high there's a Club close to your location, ensuring a convenient commute to work. This opportunity is for a part-time, non-exempt position offering a reliable schedule with a good amount of hours. While the typical schedule runs Monday through Friday, the Boys & Girls Clubs are flexible and willing to accommodate individuals who can only commit to working one or two days per week.
