Our client is seeking a Production Planner to join their team. As a Production Planner, you will be part of the Planning department supporting the Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Operations and Logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, Strong Excel ability and strong time management which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Planner

Location: St. Charles, MO

What’s the Job?

• Develop and manage both short term detailed scheduling and mid-long term planning

• Purchase and generate forecasts for key raw materials to support production plans

• Maintain planning system data integrity

• Work independently and take initiative to identify, explore and solve problems

• Build new processes and implement standard methodologies as needed to address internal/external business challenges

What’s Needed?

• Organization & Digital Literacy (specifically for Excel)

• Generating forecasts to support production plans

• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

• Previous Advanced planning system experience preferred

• ASCM / CPIM or similar certifications are a plus
