[SALARY: *[$13.11[, *$16.31 OR $17.88 per hour - Hourly rate will be based on level of education and experience and will be determined at the time of hire.
[This is a part-time, as-needed position working 20-30 hours per week. (Hours and length of position will vary depending on department needs and funding.)

- Act as first-line response to user needs
- Responsible for assisting users with general software and hardware questions, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfactions
- Perform workstation setup procedures
- Responsible for troubleshooting Office 365 issues
- Install software on computers
- Responsible for documentation, including standards, procedures and definitions including metadata
