Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

• As a General Production Worker, your primary responsibilities will include determining the type of fold needed for current jobs, printing the necessary paperwork for the job, following all required procedures, and selecting folding sections to be used.

• Candidates will be responsible for sourcing printed materials for folding, setting up feeders to fit sheets, and adjusting fold gates to ensure correct fold quality and size.

• Additionally, you will need to install and adjust slitters or scorers if needed to complete the fold, get QA sign in for the job, and constantly monitor the quality and size of finished leaflets during the job run.

• Candidates will also be tasked with boxing folded products for application or shipping, depending on the next stage, and working overtime as needed to complete tasks.

• Compliance with all departmental SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures), company GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices), Employee Handbook policies, including attendance, and all safety rules and standards is mandatory.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Saint Charles, Missouri.

Work Environment

• The work environment is a climate-controlled warehouse that is humidified per government regulations.

• You will be regularly exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and print chemicals involved in a printing environment.

• Additionally, you will frequently be exposed to moving mechanical parts.

• The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
