**[SALARY: $57,446.73 - $85,278.07

**[PURPOSE: [This position is responsible for serving as the technical liaison between the County User Departments and Information Systems. This position provides troubleshooting and support for maintenance/upgrades, purchases, and implementation of business applications.

  • Serve as the liaison between the County user departments and Information Systems

``` - Planning, design, implementation, operation, testing, deployment, maintenance, performance, security, and recovery of County Business Applications

``` - Gather requirements, document analysis, create project plans, capacity plans, risk analysis, quality plans, resource plans, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, user acceptance criteria, business analysis, task and workflow analysis

``` - Assist in the development and maintenance of data standards, security standards, backup and recovery thresholds

``` - Plan and provide technical support for data migrations, upgrades and outages, imports and exports

``` - Assist in setting work priorities and supporting technicians as required - Coordinate with Project Managers, Software Vendors, Technical staff and/or Developers as needed to ensure business application availability and usability

``` - Manage programs, projects, and resources as required

``` - Utilize Project Management Software and PMBOK methodology

``` - Create and facilitate formal presentations as required

``` - Take initiative to identify business/customer processes and technology and make improvement recommendations

``` - Develop bid requirements for various initiatives, review submitted bids for compliance with stated requirements, score and make appropriate award

Develop business cases for county user departments to assist with capital and resource planning

Follow Project Management Office (PMO) policy and procedures, as well as, standardized templates

Create training documentation and provide technical and end-user training as required

Estimate cost and assist in budget development as required
