The Case Manager will be responsible for providing One Stop customers assistance in utilizing One Stop Center Services including employment and job search support services, job readiness, career counseling, and follow up services. The Case Manager will provide intensive case management, a variety of assessments, individual counseling, workshops, and training coordination. The Case Manager will work internally and directly under the supervision of the One Stop Supervisor at the St. Louis County Career One Stop Center located at The Crossing at Northwest Plaza, 715 Northwest Plaza Drive, St. Ann, MO 63074. GED or High School Diploma required; college degree preferred. One year experience working in Employment Service, such as recruiting, human resources, temporary agency, employment service agency or case management or job development experience. Computer skills are essential, (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
