Job Introduction
This role will be part of Magna’s growing internal SAP AMS HCM team supporting Magna divisions in their daily business. Main responsibilities are support activities and execution of projects. Additionally, there are opportunities to participate within global projects like Magna’s implementation of Workday and other strategic projects on current roadmap (e.g. SAP HCM for HANA or Self-Service transformation to SAP Fiori platform).
Major Responsibilities
Configuration, maintenance and improvement of Magna’s existing and growing SAP HCM landscape
Professional consulting and training of (key) users in functional departments in an international environment (team and customers)
Participation in day-to-day support business with incidents and change requests
Self-responsible coordination and execution of small projects (change requests)
Participation in rollout and implementation of projects
Dispatching of tickets to corresponding partners
Coordination of external partners
Single point of contact for customer divisions
Skills and Competencies
Experience in realization of SAP HCM projects (especially SAP PA/OM, PT or PY)
Ideally experience with Smartforms, Adobe Forms and/or Employee Self-Services (SAP Fiori or Netweaver Business Client)
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Fluent in German (written and verbal)
Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Detail oriented
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking ability
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Knowledge, Education and Work Experience
University Degree in a related computer science or economics program
General process Know how within Human Resources area
3 to 5 years of Work-Related Experience
Work Environment
Regular travel 10-25% of the time.
